An official delegation organized by the Association visited Shenzhen in order to attend an honourable round table of the twinned cities, and participate in the Hi-Tech fair.  Deputy Mayor of Plovdiv Mr Stefan Stoyanov announced the establishment of the office of BCBDA and Plovdiv Municipality in Shenzhen with its representative Ms Ekaterina Mektouptchiyan.
